PIPE CITY REFUND POLICY: A 50% refund of the total tournament fee (i.e., Early Bird Fee or Late Fee) will be given prior to July 1st 2012. No refunds are available after July 1st 2012. Cancellation Policy: If fields are deemed unplayable and the tournament is cancelled the following policy will apply: If tournament play has not begun, your team will receive a refund of your tournament fee less $500. If the Pipe City Lacrosse Festival is canceled after tournament play has begun no refund will be given.
